If you create a member account, this may include:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Authentication information handled through our authentication provider
• Journals, letters, reflections, goals, gratitude entries and mood entries you write
• Favorites and recently played music
• Account settings

Guests can explore public areas of the site without creating an account.

Private journals, private reflections, goals, gratitude entries and other private Healing Journey content are intended to remain private to you as the member who wrote them.

The site owner does not use the Owner Dashboard to read members' private journals. Owner tools are built around counts and overall activity, not personal writing.

When you are signed in, The Healing Lounge may save simple details so it can help you pick up where you left off — for example your last song, your playback position in that song, the last healing room you visited, and your last active time.

Anything you intentionally submit to a community area may be visible to other visitors, including:

• Community Lounge posts
• Replies to other members
• Community song recommendations
• Prayer requests
• Prayer comments and encouragement
• Testimonies and other content you choose to share

Choosing “Anonymous” hides your chosen display identity from other visitors where that feature is offered. Please do not assume that any internet activity is technically untraceable, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.

The Healing Lounge uses limited operational information to understand how the site is being used. Examples may include:

• Room visits
• Song starts
• Use of Find Me a Song
• Whether the How's Your Heart check-in was used
• General signed-in versus guest activity

How's Your Heart does not store which feeling you chose. Only the fact that the check-in was used is recorded. The Lounge Pulse view is intended for overall operational trends, not detailed personal surveillance.

The Lounge may temporarily know that an active browser session is in a general room, so the owner can see approximate live activity. This does not represent unique people — multiple tabs or devices may be counted separately, and it is not stored as a personal history.

The site runs on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and website hosting and delivery providers. These providers process technical information (such as network requests) as part of operating the service.
