Visitors under age 13 may view appropriate public portions of The Healing Lounge with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Visitors under 13 may not create a personal account or participate in community posting features.

If anything online makes you uncomfortable, scared or pressured, please tell a trusted adult — a parent, guardian, teacher, counselor or another adult you trust. You are not in trouble for asking for help.

The Healing Lounge shares original music, written reflections and peer encouragement about real-life topics such as grief, family struggles, faith and mental wellness. We recommend exploring the site together with younger children and deciding what feels right for your family.
